Die Kunst geht weiter...

After something more than 46 years the Bob Gysin Gallery the circle is being closed: Back in October 1971 the gallery began its exhibition activity which will be actively lead until the end of March 2018.

Thereafter Bob Gysin and consequently the gallery will place more importance on art consulting and the exhibitions activity will be relocated under the bright sun of south France.

The Bob Gysin Gallery with its exhibition has been decisive in determining the contemporary art scene not only in Zürich but all over Switzerland and by supporting and promoting many artists some were brought to fame on international scale. Together with you we would like to open our last exhibition in the exhibition spaces in Zürich "Die Kunst geht weiter..." The exhibition will last from Saturday, the 24th of March from 12 am until 6pm until Sunday, the 25th of March from 12 am to 5 pm.

Along with a work from the estate of Bessie Nager we will show works from Georg Aerni, Matthias Bosshart, Christoph Brünggel, Teresa Chen, Christoph Hänsli, Dominique Lämmli, Carmen Perrin, Anina Schenker, Christoph Schreiber, Karin Schwarzbek, George Steinmann, Miriam Sturzenegger and Andrea Wolfensberger.

We take this opportunity to thank not only all the artists but also you, our dear art collectors and visitors, for your longterm association to the Bob Gysin gallery.

We would be also happy if you visited us in France. The landscapes of Luberon and Lacoste, where the Galerie Privé is situated, are amongst the most beautiful of south France, enriched by amazing medieval villages. Here art, architecture, landscape beauty are brought together and we hope and would be very happy if it would end on your bucketlist.

The vernissage of the exhibition of Carmen Perrin will take place the 23rd of June in Lacoste, from 6pm with dinner and party following.

We gladly expect your announcement through b.gysin@bgp.ch or through our Secretary by the Ausstellungsstrasse: Miss Cathy Blattner, c.blattner@bgp.ch or Miss Barbara, Urben b.urben@bgp.ch or telefonically: 044 278 40 40.
